My name is Nicolás Marchant Cabezas, i was born in San Bernardo but i have lived all my life in Buin. I'm 20 years old. I have two siblings and i am the one in the middle; he studies journalism and she studies psychology.  Also I have a mother and a father, he is a psychologist and mi mother make crafts.  Sometimes I really like living in my town because is very paceful and it have a lot of trees and nature, but sometimes I hate living so far away from the university ( it takes much time to travel to).
I studied all the elementary school and all high school in a Catolic school called Liceo Cardenal Caro,  after that I decided  to take a year to myself and learn a lot of things of my interests.
Last year I enter to study the program of theory and History of Art and I think I like until now. 
I like watch horror films , I like  ride in my bike and I write sometimes. My favorite singer is Grimes.  and my favorite movie is the blair witch project .

My personal experience using blogs for this class has been something new for me, because I don't really use to write in english and also i don't really write literally about my interests. You can think "oh but we do that all the time in social networks" but it is different. Sometimes the topics were really creative, especially when we had to write about our favorite artist or our favorite film but in another times the topics were so boring. Anyway I'm not sure if my writting skills have really developed in a good way (if you are good with the grammar rules probably you already notice )  but im pretty sure that i learned more vocabulary and new words. For example, now I have an idea  of what to say when I travel around the world, or how to search places to go. When i was 6 years old i wanted to be a profesional chef, i really enjoyed to watch my grandmother cook the dinner  and i wanted to learn how she did it, but when i grow up I realize that cooking for me was a really hard experience ( I never learned) .  Anyway, I  always had interest in the arts so I started to visit a lot of museums and that experiences for me was something really fascinating.Last yearof high school i search for study programs , and i discovered this one named Theory and History of Art and i thinked that was so cool that exist something like that. Hello, i'm going to write about my favorit artist named Maya Kulenovic (1975) . She is a Canadian contemporary  artist (she's painter) and  she is currently working in Toronto, also she started to create her art at the University of the Arts London and her first paintings were published in a book made by  Edward Lucie Smith (2008).   His art is based mainly on portraits of people and architecture, these wrapped in an atmosphere of tension and mistery with a dark and nostalgic persperctive. Her artistic influences are mostly  Eugène Atget, Margaret Bourke-White, Rembrandt, Turner and Francis Bacon. Also her  art is inscribed in realism and one of his recurring topics  are still life and  the   presentation of a psychological state of things.
