Hello, i'm going to write about my favorit artist named Maya Kulenovic (1975) . She is a Canadian contemporary artist (she's painter) and she is currently working in Toronto, also she started to create her art at the University of the Arts London and her first paintings were published in a book made by Edward Lucie Smith (2008). His art is based mainly on portraits of people and architecture, these wrapped in an atmosphere of tension and mistery with a dark and nostalgic persperctive. Her artistic influences are mostly Eugène Atget, Margaret Bourke-White, Rembrandt, Turner and Francis Bacon. Also her art is inscribed in realism and one of his recurring topics are still life and the presentation of a psychological state of things. It could be affirmed according to the style used and the pictorial elements that his art is close to romanticism and personally I believe that her art is very emotional and I love the the atmosphere that projects through the expression of the faces and the colors that she use. Also i really like her paintings because they manage to transmitto the spectator a feeling of deeply sadness of a cruel world .
Well, I really don't have much knowledge of technology more than what we all use; cell phones and notebooks. I don't think that I have a "favorite" piece of techology, but I think that my smartphone are very useful. I really don't care about all the cool stuffs that the smartphones can do, but it is useful to comunicate with other people being connected to the world through social networks. That's why I like to use my cellphone. My grandmother gave it to me one month ago because she thought that the one I had was very old-fashioned. So, it is a Nokia from the future, you can unlock it with your fingerprint. I use it every day and I like it because have a lot of space to save music. Without my cell phone I would probably be late every morning at university, and if cellphones had never existed in the History probably the humans would communicate much better in other ways, such as telepathy or cards.
so nostalgic
